Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance VIDEO REVIEW

Hello! So I made a video review.

This is my first time making a video review, and it was more difficult than I thought it would be, also, english is not my native language so that's why I sound so funny and I have a weird pronunciation.

This review was unscripted, it was made kind of quick and dirty, so forgive me if it sounds like I'm just all over the place, also I'm sorry for the quality of the video, I don't own an HD camera and my computer compressed the video very weirdly.

That being said, I really wanted to make something like this for a while now, and when I watched this movie I just had to say something about it.

Hope you'll enjoy the video.

Cedar Rapids

This movie was very interesting and fun and cool. MAYBE FÜNKE is in this movie! Briefly, but she's awesome.

I was expecting something like the Hangover, but it wasn't that at all. Even tho the tagline says RIGHT FUCKING THERE that it's like The Hangover, it SO wasn't.

This movie had its share of touching little moments, and feeling the Ed Helms characters and having fun with the John C. Reilly and I don't know but it was pretty great film.

If I had to sum it up in just one word, I'd say, fun.

Be sure to check it out! I love it!

P.S.There is one hotel wedding that the main guys crash, which is for two women. Same-sex marriage has been legal in the state of Iowa since April 3, 2009, when the Iowa Supreme Court unanimously upheld a lower court's ruling that there was no legitimate governmental interest in denying gay and lesbian Iowa citizens civil marriage licenses.

I Saw the Devil

This movie was... interesting.

I don't know if it was because I watched it dubbed in English rather than the original Korean, but, I didn't really liked it very much.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying it is a BAD MOVIE, it is very good actually, the photography is great, the effects are very (for lack of a better word) real, the story was great, and the acting was top notch.

However, the lack of music in some scenes kinda made the film seem slow at times, and again it might be the translation or the bad voice over, but the dialog didn't seem to work very well for me. There are a couple lines here and there that are very good, but generally speaking, nah.

If you have a couple hours to kill, and you like gorey foreign horror thrillers, be sure to check this one out.

P.S. I've heard this movie was re-cut for its theatrical release in Korea, and I am not sure if I saw the original cut or the theatrical cut, but it was still very violent.

Mystery Men

I finally got to watch this movie!

Since I knew about the existence of this film I wanted to watch it, but then, no one would go with me, and people would not be interested in it, and it only was for a week on the cinema I think, and when I wanted to rent it, my sister will always say "it looks crappy" and we would not rent it, BUT I finally got to watch it!

And it was... pretty good, actually, I mean it wasn't like the best movie I've ever seen or anything, but it was good.

The cast is great and I think it encapsulates the 90s very well, Janeane Garofalo, Ben Stiller, Paul "Pee Wee" Reubens! Hank Azaria, Kel from Kenan & Kel, Greg Kinnear (who I will always refer to as Helen Huntz), Eddie Izzard and some other guys.

The movie has its very funny moments, those moments that just move the story forward, the obvious plot twists you would expect, and one unexpected thing that works very well.

If you like goofy superhero movies and comedians who were big on the 90s, be sure to check this shit out.

P.S. There are some interesting cameos here, Michael Bay, Cee Lo, Dane Cook, and so on. I DIDN'T SAY THEY WERE GOOD, but there are cameos.

Don't be Afraid of the Dark

Well, I can't say much about this movie, to be completely honest I didn't liked it very much.

There wasn't any scary scenes, the pacing was slow, and very predictable, the acting is okay but I think it lacks something that would make the whole thing more believable.

I would really like to watch the original made for tv movie on which this was based on and compare the two of them.

Anyhow, the Tom Cruise family make a decent job and their awkwardness transfers to the film.

Overall, a movie to past the time.

P.S. There is one interesting cameo in this film that made me giggle.

Rambo

Holy shit is this movie violent and awesome! It has some extra points because of the lovely Julie Benz, Sly is a fan of Dexter so he wanted to work with her.

I liked this gore fest very much. This sequel really cranked up the gore factor to 11, and yes, there are some upsetting scenes of children and innocent people getting butchered and burned alive and stuff but, the final payoff from John J. MOTHERFUCKING Rambo killing every single soldier in sight is pretty damn amazing.

Sly himself directed this thing, and I think it shows.
If you haven't seen this little blood diamond of a movie, be sure to check it out.

P.S. It is pretty interesting to think about this film as the only Rambo movie where he keeps his shirt on at all times, he never gets captured and there's not an helicopter involved.
